The startups pitching represent Italian innovation and have spent the last 3 months in Austin, TX as part of the Tech Ranch® Accelerator.

EthicJobs evaluates and certifies the quality of employee work-life within companies. EthicJobs issues certificates of ethical excellence to all companies that offer the best work standards while assisting others in creating an excellent work environment. The goal is to give strong visibility to all those companies that already offer excellent work environments and help others improve socially and, consequently, economically.

LEDcom is a smart city technology startup. Through the CellLED® project, LEDcom proposes to transform every LED streetlight into a sixth-generation broadband mobile communications base station (6G) without the installation of additional equipment, at very low costs, and while providing municipalities very high energy savings.

Takeflight creates digital applications to deliver individualized learning for students. These applications determine each student’s learning style and configure a program specific to that learning style. In addition to student courses, Takeflight also provides workshops and teacher training courses.

Teseo is an assistive technology startup. The company’s first product, Kibi, is designed to assist elderly people in both domestic and elderly care environments. Using a smartwatch, app, and sensors, Kibi allows caregivers to be constantly informed in case of emergencies and produce detailed reports on the health and independence levels of the assisted person based on their habits.
