Tanja Horan

Tanja Horan is a consultant who facilitates the connection between strategy and execution to deliver results, drive customer value, and implement agile adaptation to refine both strategy and execution. Tanja’s areas of focus include comprehensive product lifecycle management, strategic focus and direction, operational efficiency, and program management.
As a product technology leader, Tanja has worked with organizations ranging from startups to multinationals, delivering new products, strategic projects, and global support across financial services, CPG, government entities, manufacturing, and health & wellness industries.
She has planned and managed product roadmaps for multiple companies as well as built and managed product management and international teams. During the acquisition of one SaaS company, Tanja represented the product and architecture and provided due diligence for the acquisition.
Tanja received her BA in Economics and English from Vanderbilt University and her MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Tanja has a passion for building new products and promoting and expanding STEM education.
