Rudy (Rudolph) Rosen

Rudolph Rosen is a Research Professor at The Meadows Center for Water and the Environment, Texas State University. He is a former Director of Fisheries, Wildlife and Coastal Resources for Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, and was Executive Director of Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. Dr. Rosen has been executive director and regional director of three of the nation’s largest nonprofit science-driven conservation organizations.
