Joel Momberger has a diverse and rich career in technology commercialization in the international arena. Momberger has been affiliated with the BakerBotts law firm in Austin, Texas, the Kim & Chang firm in Seoul, South Korea and has held a variety of positions in the technology world including Senior in-house counsel, Asia, for Oracle Corporation and as Managing Director of Informatica SEA Pte. Ltd. based in Singapore. From 2008-2013,Momberger was based in South Korea where he acted as the Director of the Gyeonggi-UT Innovation Program, a joint initiative to between a Korean governmental agency and the University of Texas at Austin IC2 Institute. The program was focused on providing market validation, education and business development support for Korean SMEs seeking to enter the international marketplace.

Mr. Momberger is a founding partner of Quantum Innovations LLC, a global technology commercialization-consulting firm, and as General Counsel to Knod, a global provider of a unique employability enabling educational platform.
