Venture Outfitter Weekly presents: “The Wisdom of the Crowd” with Ines Meneses

This week’s Venture Outfitter will be hosted by Ines Meneses. Ines recently joined Tech Ranch as the Global Director of Leadership & Development. In this role she will assist entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, and other stakeholders in gaining new knowledge and applying such knowledge to get results that create #sharedprosperity.  She has dedicated the last 17 years of her career to facilitating and coaching in areas such as leadership, cross-cultural and diversity. Previously she worked as a global project manager at Motorola. Her formal  education is in Business (bachelor’s in Brazil and MBA at University of Texas at Austin). Her certifications include Spiritual Psychology, Appreciative Inquiry, Art of Hosting, Coaching, and PMP (Project Management Professional). She also holds a third degree black belt in Aikido. She currently lives in metro Detroit with her husband and she travels frequently to Brazil to care for her aging parents.
