Øyvind Laderud International coordinator and innovation adviser at City of Kristiansand,
Terje Klungland, CEO of Coworx ( https://www.coworx.no/) , and
Søren Kragholm is an innovation/Research & Business Development adviser at the University of Agder
Morten Lauknes, International affairs, offshore wind. Business region Kristiansand
The discussion would share some insight on entrepreneurship in Norway (in general), differences from other Nordic countries, eco system for startups in Norway and the Agder region – the greater Kristiansand region and beyond.
Some trends taking place right now, entrepreneurs in Agder and Kristiansand. Innovation Norway as an important factor for support and funding for innovation. Shift in support towards more environmental effects and green business and projects.

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS:
Øyvind Laderud – Experienced International Coordinator with a demonstrated history of working in the government administration industry. Skilled in International Relations, and Corporate Communications. Strong innovation and sales professional graduated from BI Norwegian Business School and University of Agder
Terje Klungland – Serial entrepreneur involved in several StartUps. CEO,owner and CoFounder of coworking-HUB CoWorx, located in Kristiansand. Experienced telecom expert, several years from both operator and system integrators.
Søren Kragholm has been involved in many of the collaboration activities between Kristiansand/Agder and Austin. University collaboration, r&d cooperation, and he`very familiar with background of SHIFT program for entrepreneur students. He is also a close friend of Austin and has been there many times, he`s a regular at SXSW. Last but not least he is really committed to continue the Norway- Texas cooperation on r&d, innovation, business development etc that was launched maybe 6- 7 years ago but has faded out the last years.
Morten Lauknes_, works in the _Kristiansand Business region and is responsible for international work related to business. Naturally, he works a lot with the green shift and as a region, they are a leading in a number of green energy initiatives. Large regional ventures and investments in Offshore wind, Hydrogen, Biozin, solar energy together with the fact that we are already 100% powered by renewable hydropower make them a power center within the green shift.
