AEM and Tech Ranch® Partner to Support Entrepreneurs in Texas and Mexico
Austin, TX – January 26, 2015 – The mission statements of AEM and Tech Ranch® highlight the following key words: opportunities, innovation, cultural values, development, entrepreneurs and community. The new partnership being launched between these groups will only serve to strengthen and enhance the execution of these missions. Main goals include supporting Mexican entrepreneurs looking to enter the United States market and assisting U.S. companies who are looking for a bridge into the booming Mexico marketplace.
AEM and Tech Ranch® are looking to build and maintain a bridge between entrepreneurs in both countries. By offering a special focus on tech-related ventures and benefits for AEM members, Tech Ranch® is going to offer programs, co-working space and support for visitors and companies new to the area. AEM will also become involved in Tech Ranch’s SXSW Global Connections programming the week of March 13 – 17th.
The kick-off event for the partnership will be taking place January 29, 2015 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the new Tech Ranch® office located at 8920 Business Park Drive, Suite 250, Austin, TX 78759. The event is open to the public and there will be giveaways, drinks and food for everyone’s enjoyment!
In June 2012, a group of Mexican entrepreneurs gathered to form a chapter of the EMP in Austin. This group, AEM, is now part of the Mexican Association of Entrepreneurs, which was founded in 1996 in San Antonio, TX and now has a presence in several cities across Mexico and the U.S. AEM’s main objective is to help business leaders become successful in both countries. Additional objectives include supporting, collaborating and influencing bilateral relations and conducting business, social and cultural events to help with integration.
