The Tech Ranch is moving- asking for your insight?
Hello Fellow Entrepreneurs and the Greater Austin Community,
The Tech Ranch Austin is going to be moving soon- and we'd like to engage your ideas.
We have a waiting list for our offices and are looking to grow. We also need a space more conducive to energizing a large community of tech startups. Due to our lease arrangement ( fully paid lease that had a 60 day termination clause), we need to be in a new space within the next 60 days.
We have done a lot of looking and turned up several good spaces, but wanted to get better sense of what else is out there. Given that we're moving in a short timeframe, do you have suggestions for us that we might have missed before - creative deals (examples below) that offer both parties more value than a traditional lease arrangement. You might say think outside the box like an entrepreneur would.

1. What spaces should be looking at? (criteria below)
2. Who should we be talking with?
Could I hear from you over the next 5 days? Given that the Ranch supports the community, we're looking to engage the wisdom of the community to move things fast.

* Conference room
* Open space that we can run our Campfire meetings in
* Minimal build out required
* Available by August 31
* Geography - open to consideration, including downtown
Examples of Creative Deals:
Vacant space trouble getting filled
Unconventional space
Helping to meet larger organizational goals than leasing arrangements
Organizations that would like to partner with the Tech Ranch Austin
