Tech Ranch Austin provides dedicated, closed door offices for technology companies so they can grow their businesses flexibly, without the burden of a long term lease commitment.

Tech Ranch leases small, medium, and large offices with fixed month-to-month leases. You can move in immediately and can cancel your lease at any time with only giving us 30 days notice.

All office space rentals come turn-key with the following amenities included:
• All utilities provided (except phone)
• Unlimited wifi access to the Tech Ranch network
• Corporate mailing address
• Desks, chairs and whiteboards for each office
• 24x7 secured access to Tech Ranch
• Reservable conference rooms and training facilities.
• Unlimited usage of Tech Ranch common areas, teaming desks, living room, and kitchen.
• A collaborative environment and Tech Ranch staff available as you need them.

Today, more than a dozen startups, entrepreneurs and technologists run their ventures from Tech ranch. The Tech Ranch team welcomes the opportunity to give you a tour and find the perfect office for your venture.

Program Cost:

Small Offices (~ 150 sq ft.): $400 / month

Medium Offices (~200 sq ft): $500 / month

Large Offices (~250 sq ft): $600 / month

Large Teaming Room (will support up to 10 employee company): $1250 / month

Monthly lease costs are billed to a credit card and can be canceled with 30 day’s notice. A one-month security deposit is collected at time of lease signing. Please Sign Up Here
