Keith is an experienced hands-on experimental scientist and technical leader. He has a successful track record in a “start up” or more mature company environment. Managed mid wave-IR detector production from fabrication to assembly and testing. Produced thermally stable film capacitors using SiO2 as dielectric material. Developed carbon based cold cathode for use as a cathode replacement in CRT’s from concept stage through prototype device. Demonstrated ability to obtain funding through Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) proposals and VC funding. Effective communicator with all layers of the work force and outside investors. Possess strong product development and process optimization skills necessary to take idea from concept to production.
