Felora Derakhshani, Director – Tech Ranch/Middle East
Felora Derakhshani is an entrepreneur, motivational speaker, executive coach, and consultant for cultivating entrepreneurial leadership and maximizing human potential. She is partnering with Tech Ranch® leading the effort to launch Tech Ranch® in the Middle East.
She is an electro-mechanical engineer. She has worked as a project manager and engineering manager in various nuclear instrumentation industries. She has extensive experience in starting various businesses in both for profit and not for profit sectors that included food industry, entrepreneurial leadership, women’s empowerment, and global peace building organizations. She is the founder of Crimson Woman Institute, a global platform for 360 transformative developments, leadership and entrepreneurship. She has served as the chair of many non- profit organizations including Peace Through Commerce, United Nations Association and iACT (Interfaith Action Central Texas).
