Tech Ranch Austin is a technology incubator headquartered in Austin Texas. Tech Ranch Austin is focused on accelerating pre-seed and seed stage technology companies that can change the world.

Tech Ranch Austin was founded by Austin entrepreneurs Kevin Koym and Jonas Lamis. Both Kevin and Jonas have a long history of startup ventures, and wanted to take helping entrepreneurs to the next level. The Tech Ranch team has expertise that spans software, hardware, alternative energy and emerging technologies. The Tech Ranch team currently accelerates start-ups like Piryx, IPX, Zehicle and Perception Labs through advisory and venture development services, and houses startups like OneSpot and BeGreeted in the Tech Ranch incubation facility.

Jonas Lamis
Jonas is an entrepreneur, venture junkie and parallel COO. Co-Founder of Tech Ranch and KoThought. Board member at Zehicle and Humanity+. COO at Piryx and Vitasio. He has an MBA and two engineering degrees. He lives in Austin Texas with his wife and 4 kids. He likes to create HDR Photographs and blow glass in his copious spare time. He loves his portfolio companies!

Kevin Koym
Co-Founder of Tech Ranch, Kevin is personally and professionally defined by his ability to inspire both individuals and businesses to seize the technological and social revolution on the horizon in order to better their community as well as their profit potential. The key roles Kevin has played in a variety of startups throughout his life have enabled him to fine-tune his ability to replicate the success of helping entrepreneurs build what they never thought as possible before.

Cristi Jakubik
Cristi Jakubik is a consultant specializing in new market strategies for growing companies. Her past clients have included Netflix, Zoomerang-Market Tools, Photographics Unlimited, Faculte, and Owners Pass. She is currently coaching entrepreneurs who are looking to fine-tune their business plans to secure funding and achieve results. Although she spends much of her time wearing a marketing hat, Cristi is a "techno-geek" at heart and has a passion for navigating the market challenges of launching technical products and services. Cristi attended the University of Texas at Austin where she graduated with a BS in Aerospace Engineering. She also received an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Gayathri Radhakrishnan
Gayathri Radhakrishnan is passionate about working with entrepreneurs and helping them transform their dreams to reality. She was most recently with Earlybird Venture Capital, a top tier venture capital firm in Europe. Gayathri gained her entrepreneurial experience as one of the early employees of the start-up SozoTek, Inc. where she was the Director of Product Marketing. Gayathri received her bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bharathiar University, India and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University, USA. She also has an MBA from INSEAD, France.
